View & Respond to Tickets in Freshdesk

With Freshdesk, end users submitting a ticket can now log in, view, and respond to your tickets all in one place.


To view and respond to tickets in Freshdesk , follow these steps to set up your password:

Go to the Freshdesk login page:

  • School Support
  • Click Tickets
  • Select the ticket you want to view or respond to
