Email Addresses to Request Types in Freshdesk

Previously, emails were used to create tickets in our old help desk system. In Freshdesk, when submitting a ticket, the Request Type corresponds to the department you want to contact. Below is a list of email addresses previously used to create a ticket and their associated departments that you should select when submitting a request:
