To ensure faster response times, proper routing, and accurate prioritization, employees must use the designated Freshdesk submission form. This form automatically directs requests to the appropriate department and agent while setting the correct priority based on the issue type.
Submit a Ticket via the Freshdesk Form by Visiting: School Support
- Click "Submit a Ticket"
- Select “I’m a School Manager”
- Fill out the required form
- Click "Submit"
