Intent
COA’s policies, practices and benefits are continuously reviewed and changed to meet growing needs. COA reserves the right to revise or terminate any or all policies, procedures or benefits in whole or in part, with or without notice at any time. However, COA will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes as they occur.
COA benefit plans (available if premiums and contributions are paid and if participation and other requirements are met) are defined in legal documents such as insurance contracts, official plan texts, summary plan descriptions and trust agreements. Plan documents, if applicable, are available for your inspection.
Not a Contract
This employee handbook is not intended to be a contract, either expressed or implied, between you and COA. Absent an agreement in writing between you and COA, your employment with COA is at-will. This means that both you and COA enjoy the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time.
