Outside Employment of Staff

COA discourages its employees from making independent childcare arrangements with school families. If, in the event you enter into an arrangement with an employee, it must be done off school grounds and with the full knowledge and understanding that the employee enters into the agreement as a private citizen and not as an employee of COA. 

COA is not responsible for its employees away from the school and outside of their working hours and is not liable for their actions or omissions. You may be required to sign an acknowledgment and waiver to this effect.
