Should you need to withdraw your child, we require two weeks written notice prior to your child’s last day of attendance.
Verbal notices are not acceptable – please use the two-week notice submission form located in your family portal under
account services (https://api.coa.co/login) to inform us of your departure. Your account will continue to be billed the weekly
tuition until a two-week written notice is provided.
For a TWO WEEKS’ NOTICE TO BE VALID, it must be submitted ten business days in advance of your last day to ensure no additional charges are added to your account. Notice given that is less than ten business days is subject to the pro rata of your current tuition charges plus any other balances according to your rate agreement and ledger.
Failure to pay your balance in full when withdrawing may result in the account being sent to collections.
